Chicken Tagine

Just a quick one...

I had a go at the Chicken Tagine from a recipe from the amazing Working Class Foodies blog. Great recipe. Really simple and delicious.


FIY In the last minutes I stuck my pot under the grill to crisp up the chicken skin and some of the chickpeas got a little crunchy too, which was actually quite nice - a different texture against the soft chicken and vegetables underneath.
